Photomanipulation vs Jessica Rabbit

I can understand trying to deceive potential browsing clients by making boobs slightly bigger, waist slightly slimmer or ass slightly rounder. It is to beat competition and lure in more customers. It is not fair, but I can understand it.

I do not understand turning your entire photos into selfie filter explosions. Making your eyes big as your hands, cartoon glasses, whiskers, animal ears, sunrays, a summer worth of butterflies and a few extra hearts and smileys if there is any room left by other effects. Basicly distorting the entire photo to show absolutely nothing about yourself.

When a kindergarten kid with crayons, glitter and glue will produce something closer to reality, I question the point of uploading a photo at all. Maybe that is just me? Maybe that is just my opinion being way off, so here is a humble request:

1. Bring your phone and your unpolished self to the hallway/bathrrom mirror
2. Snap a quick casual shot at whatever stares back at you
3. Upload

, pleeease.
