Diametrically opposed types of clients

There're different classifications of sex-buyers in the business but now, reading comments here, talking to fellow punters and escorts, I've discovered a new differentiation, two very opposing types of clients that no special articles on the topic have mention so far. One is called the 'clinical clients' - I heard some guys talking about their session like a clinical examination on female body.
