Issue with the Notifications tab.

This might be a design issue but it seems that the notification tab is very irritating and lazily done (just a wording not an accusation).
1. There is no option to clear the notifications in one go without having to click through all of them.
2. The notification does not disappear immediately even after clicking and requires a page refresh or sometimes requires going through other tabs.
3. On clicking the "notifications" on the bell icon, there is no clear indication of the unread notification. There is no highlights or indicator, just a remove option. After a few notifications people are bound to get lost in identifying the notification which is unread.
PS : It may not be a big issue for most people but for people like me who hates having an unread notification simply because it triggers them, this is an issue.
