NC is basically a useful tool but be careful choosing the right type! I have a hyper sensitive left nipple where I often apply nc to increase sensation but be careful and don't use the one that is used in BDSM seance because it's harder and made to cause pain...I used it last time and it nearly killed the nipple sensation - am still recovering.
