You really should be careful about publishing information like this in a public forum. Use the black box instead. Since May 2018 the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) quite hardly defines that you can not publicly publish personal data that can be used to uniquely identify an individual without that individuals consent. Personal data is anything as name, phone number, personal id or pictures. The individual you are pointing out in this manner can use your actions against you, as you really are breaking the law and then you can end up being the target for a police report and law enforcement.
