Before pressing the Cam2Cam or Videochat button please make sure that you have a working camera and a microphone. If using a phone, you probably already have passed the requirements. This feature is free of charge. No hidden fees. No limits.
You will also need a reliable internet connection. This feature works on mobile internet too, but we recommend a local or Wi-Fi connection instead. By the end of the testing period, we will be offering a simple speed test to measure your speed.
No matter if you start or join a session; you will be asked to enable access to your camera and microphone. If you want to proceed, you should press 'Allow'.
And that's it, you are good to go! Don't forget: be polite, kind and use a well-lit environment.
Please note: only online partners can get an invitation. This can be easily recognized by not finding the green Cam2Cam button on the top of the chat page.
