I feel like the alerts about hair color changes are a bit… much? Like, I get it—someone was expecting blonde and ended up with “platinum with a pink tint!”—but that doesn’t really warrant the aesthetic urgency, bold reds, and exclamation marks. Maybe reserve that energy for something like, “this provider was linked to a recent bust,” or “has a humorous case of gonorrhea.”
