If you are looking to rent the apartment you need to be:
1) Reliable 2) Drug and Smoke free 3) Extremely discreet, keep a low profile with the neighbors etc 4) Able to speak Swedish or English with high fluency 5) Keep the apartment clean and tidy.
Initial rent is for 1 month, with the possibility for LONG TERM extension depending on if you are a good tenant.
