WhatsApp scam profiles

All of a sudden these ads started to appear in the summer, with a WhatsApp number for contact instead of a phone number. All the adds are similar: unusually attractive girls who are all verified. None of them in the Other District category for Stockholm, all are in specific districts, which have much smaller lists than Other and therefore make the ads more visible. All the ads have pictures on the same level of undressed state, and all have professionally taken pictures. All the ads show the face.

This is a way to get you to pay before the meeting. The meeting won't happen. The reason for using WhatsApp is that it is cheaper to set up several different WhatsApp accounts than to buy phone numbers. (While WhatsApp should require a real phone number, you can get around this.) And with WhatsApp they don't even have to be in Sweden and buy a Swedish phone number.

I just wonder how all of these obviously fake model pictures get a Verified status. Either the men behind the ads pay a large number of models to appear in the pictures with a Sex-Tjejer sign for verification, or they photoshop the verification into pictures in some way.

Either way, these ads should not be allowed. They are too many and they damage the integrity of the site. There must be a way for the site owners to confirm that these are false. If simply looking at all these WhatsApp ads wouldn't be enough.
