It’s 2 bedroom and a living room comes with furniture including 2 big size beds in both bedrooms. 2 floors, nice view and no noise neighbors. I myself will not be in town for a long period because of work and that’s is the reason for me renting it out.
I am looking for serious and respectful people. The apartment will be available for proximately 5-6 months. It can be rented for short period and for long period totally up to the person’s wishes.
But people interested for long period renting will be prioritized.
The applicant has to be able to communicate in English or Swedish to be able to apply. (I have had problems with that before) there will be a phone call if I choose you just too confirm.
