First hand contractors can still rent out his/her apartment in second hand. The new law includes 2 important things. 1. The contractor need to apply for a second hand contract at the property owner. 2 The first hand contractor are not aloud to charge more than his/her own actual cost + 15 % for furniture when he debit the second hand contractor. Breaking the law can result in a high fine or prison, besides that the property owner got the right to quit the contract. Property owners are highly pleased about this law and at the moment they work reenforced to reveal law breakers. And in october a big number of first hand contractors already have loosed their apartments. See this just as information to the advertisers who take a larger risk and to the escorts who are charged exorbitant price when renting.
