Yes u have understand it correct Mia. Our goverment dont do what they have to do and police are not good organized. As late as yesterday police boss in Malmö got fired. And yes its poor thieves.People who do this to you are almost poor people and most of them arabians or middle east. For them 3000 kr is good money because they have nothing.
